Outside DiscoveryBox, normal document retention policies can be maintained, reducing strain on IT resources. Corporate counsel can remove duplicate and non-responsive documents, sharply reducing the document universe.

With the Legal Hold Manager, counsel can manage and monitor collections across multiple matters and multiple employees and cross reference by custodian or matter. Counsel can easily re-use documents from prior collections in new matters and release documents when they are no longer needed, reducing future case risk.

The Review Manager enables counsel to manage review assignments and oversee the status of document reviews and allows review calls to be made from an elegant, easy-to-use interface.

The Production tool allows production of documents to opposing counsel or export to outside counsel for further review.
