In-house Scenarios

DiscoveryBox was founded in 2005 with a vision of combining expertise in law and technology to provide a comprehensive solution to the growing cost and complexity of electronic discovery.

The company’s pilot case (2005) involved assisting in the management of electronically stored information in one of the largest and most complex construction defect cases ever to be filed in the State of Hawaii. Founding President Riki Fujitani gained legal experience as an attorney working on complex commercial litigation and technology expertise in senior information technology positions at major companies, and has guided the company’s growth since its inception as a subsidiary of Hoike Technology.

Today, DiscoveryBox provides customers with a unique legal hold and electronic discovery solution that can be easily installed in-house or offered as a hosted service by a range of companies involved in electronic discovery, including law firms, consulting organizations and legal process outsourcing companies.
